Dacheng Retained as Standing Legal Counsel for SASAC and Economic Commission of Qinghai

On April 25 2012, a service contract was signed between Dacheng’s Xining office and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Economic Commission of Qinghai, in which it was agreed that a Xining-based team led by attorney Qi Yan would act as standing legal counsel for the two commissions.
