CCTV-Francais Interview Dacheng Lawyer on the Active Role Played by Lawyers in International Mergers and Acquisitions

Shi Wanlin, Senior Partner and Director of Dacheng Law Offices （France） was interviewed by CCTV-Francais (the French channel of CCTV ) on 15th June, 2012. The talk show program was broadcasted on 19th June at 8:00 on CCTV-Francais.
 
In the interview lasted for thirty-eight minutes, Shi Wanlin, as an experienced lawyer with unique vision, commented on a number of issues regarding mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with successful cases in France, Germany and Africa in recent years. Shi explained and answered questions on the current situation of foreign investment of Chinese enterprises, the role played by lawyers during M & A, the skills and means of handling international M & A cases and the positive effect of Chinese investment on economic and social development in Africa. Shi then ended the interview with a few reminders on significant risks of Chinese enterprises after the M & A and during the implementation of project plans.
