Dacheng Attorneys Advise Sincap Group on SGX Listing

On July 25 2012, Sincap Group (Ticker symbol: SINCAP, Code No.: 5UN) completed listing on the Singapore Exchange. A Dacheng team composed of attorneys Wang Lihong, Zhang Ting and Xiao Huijun acted as PRC counsel for the listing. Attorneys Wang Lihong and Xiao Huijun were invited to the opening bell ceremony at the Exchange.
