Dacheng Attorney Representing J.Bug Wins Suit over Right to Reputation

Recently, a lawsuit against ten websites such as Yahoo!, Sina and Tencent over infringement of right to reputation filed by well-known Taiwanese music producer Chen Huanchang (a.k.a. “Xiaochong”) and represented by Dacheng intellectual property attorney Sui Guiyun was judged in favor of the plaintiff. The court of second instance ruled that the ten websites’ acts constituted infringement and ordered a three-day post of apology on the home pages of their websites and payment of damages.
