Dacheng Advises Suizhou Municipal Investment Group on Municipal Bonds Issuance

On August 22, 2012, Suizhou Municipal Investment Group Co., Ltd. completed an issuance of RMB700mln worth of 7-year municipal bonds to finance the city’s infrastructure projects.
 
Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. acted as lead underwriter for the issuance, Pengyuan Credit Rating Co., Ltd. as credit rating agency, PKF Daxin Certified Public Accountants LLP as auditor and Realhom Appraisal & Consulting Co., Ltd. as appraisal agency. Dacheng’s Wuhan-based office provided all-round legal service for the issuance and issued legal opinion letters. The project was taken care of by senior partner Zhou Qunce and attorneys Chen Jihong and Guo Huilin.
