Senior partners Mr. Yongqian Xu, Dr. Margaret Gu, Mrs. Michelle Chen were invited to join the Research Group on Research on the Going-out Strategy of Chinese Banking Industry of CBRC

The Research Group on Research on the outbound investment strategy of Chinese Banking Industry of China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) was founded and held its first seminar on September 5th, 2012. Senior Partner Yongqian Xu, Senior Partner Margaret Gu and Senior Counsel Michelle Chen from Dacheng Law Offices were invited to join the Research Group and give keynote addresses on topics such as "the Urgency of Outbound Investment of Chinese Banking Industry "; "How to Positively Interact with National Strategy and Real Economy"; "How to Establish Integrated Management System Regarding Domestic and Foreign Legal Risk".
 
More than 30 leaders from the international departments of both policy banks including China Development Bank (CDB), China Export-Import Bank of China (EIBC), and the head offices of commercial banks such as Bank of China (BOC), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC); Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), China Construction Bank (CCB) were present at the seminar.
