Dacheng Attorneys Advise SBCVC in Investing in Jiangsu Ygline E-commerce Co. Ltd.

In October 2012, SB China Venture Capital Limited (SBCVC), advised by Dacheng, completed an equity investment worth RMB100mln in Jiangsu Ygline E-commerce Co., Ltd.. The project team led by Wang Hanqi, Shanghai-based senior partner and head of the capital market practice, was tasked with due diligence investigation, deal structure design, investment-related document drafting as well as negotiation. The team was also supported by attorney Fan Jianhong and paralegals Li Sha, Li Zhuoran and Guo Mengyuan.
