Dacheng Attorneys Advise Company on SEE Listing

On October 25, 2012, Shanghai Yuqiang Outdoor Product Co., Ltd. (Code No.:100033) was successfully launched on the Shanghai Equity Exchange (“SEE”). Dacheng acted as legal counsel for the listing. The project team, which was composed of Shanghai-based senior partners Huang Xiamin and Shang Jiangang, with support from paralegal Li Linsen, was responsible for due diligence investigation, restructuring, equity division reform and preparing legal opinion letters.
 
Shanghai Equity Exchange is a Shanghai-based over-the-counter market established on February 15, 2012 in compliance with the central government’s call of building a multi-level capital market in China. Its scope of service includes stock trading, private placement, resource aggregation, hatch fund management and financial innovation.
