Dacheng Advises Beijing Enterprises Water Capital Management Co. on Bond Issuance

On May 6, 2013, Beijing Enterprises Water Capital Management Co., Ltd. successfully completed the issuance of 500 million USD-denominated bonds at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Partner Wang Feng and Attorney Qian Jingyu from Dacheng acted as PRC legal advisors for the issuer and provided English-version legal opinion letter for the bond issuance.
 
Beijing Enterprises Water Capital Management Co., Ltd. (the issuer), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Enterprises Water Group Ltd. Beijing Enterprises Water Group was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As a large-scale water services provider with core competitiveness in China, it engages primarily in water supply, waste water treatment and environmental protection business. The USD-denominated bonds will be sold to non-Americans outside the territory of America in accordance with the Regulation S of US Securities Act of 1933.
