Dacheng Heads List of Top 10 Legal Advisors for PE/VC Exit

Recently, a group of rankings on law firms’ PE practice performance were published by bilingual monthly China Business Law Journal (“Shangfa” in pinyin). Dacheng, having advised on PE/VE exit projects with an accumulative transaction value of $1.221 bn from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013, headed the list of “Top 10 Legal Advisors for PE/VC Exit”.
 
China Business Law Journal is published by Vantage Asia Publishing Limited, an international professional magazine publisher based in Hong Kong. The journal publishes 10 issues monthly within a year (with the exception of combined issues for July/August and December/January) in a bilingual format.
