Dacheng and Hill International Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

On September 16, 2013, Dacheng senior partner Jiang Rongqing, head of Beijing-based Investment and M&A practice and director of Dacheng’s International Engineering Committee, signed a strategic partnership agreement on behalf of Dacheng with Bill Hill Construction Consulting Co., Ltd, subsidiary of Hill International in Chinese mainland. Dacheng Management Committee member and senior partner Zhao Hongji and attorneys Zhao Zhongxing and Wu Lu were also present at the signing ceremony.
