Dacheng Advises Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co. on Forming Hengqin-based International Financial Leasing Company

Recently, Dacheng attorneys provided quality and effective service for Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. on establishing Hengqin International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai. The task involved joint efforts from Beijing-based senior partner KuangShuangli, Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Weidong and Zhuhai-based attorney Tang Hongjie as well as their teams.

Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd., founded on December 4 2007, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bohai Leasing Corp., Ltd. In order to build up its competitiveness in the leasing industry, the company, together with Nam Tung (Macao) Investment Limited and Zhuhai Da Hengqin Investment Co., Ltd., formed Hengqin International Financial Leading Co., Ltd. in the Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai. Hengqin New Area is a demonstration area which explores new forms of cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao under the “One China, Two Systems” framework, pioneering China’s reform and opening up as well as technological innovation. The newly established company will push forward industrial upgrading in the west bank of the Pearl River Delta.
