Dacheng Attorneys Advise Differ Group Holding Company Limited on GEM Listing

In December 2013, Differ Group Holding Company Limited (Code No.:8056) was successfully launched on the Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Fujian-based holding group company is a quasi-financial institution that operates a variety of businesses, including Differ Guarantee, Differ Pawn and Differ Leasing. Dacheng’s Shanghai-based attorneys Zhang Xiaosheng and Cao Qi acted as PRC legal counsel for the sponsor and the underwriter of the listing.
