Dacheng Advises on Baidu Internet-Users Rights Protection Program

Recently, a Dacheng team led by senior partners Yu Hui and Wang Jun and supported by Dacheng Wuxi office provided legal counsel for Baidu Internet-Users Rights Protection Program, which was jointly initiated by China Consumers' Association, the Ministry of Justice and Baidu Inc. Moreover, Dacheng succeeded in signing a follow-on strategic cooperation agreement with Baidu Inc. after out-competing numerous top law firms.
 
Baidu Inc., a public company listed in the U.S. with a market value of hundreds of billions in RMB, dominates more than 80% of the search engine market in China and therefore has a profound influence on the trillion-yuan internet consumption market.
