Dacheng Attorney Elected Deputy Head of ACLA Economic Law Committee

Dacheng senior partner Zhang Lei was recently elected deputy head of Economic Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA).

ACLAis a national bar association founded in July 1986 pursuant to Interim Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers (1980). It is responsible for the regulation of the legal profession in China.

Mr. Zhang is a capital markets attorney experienced in advising IPOs, M&A deals, corporate restructurings, funds, etc.

Zhang saidhe would adhere to the principles and objectives laid out by ACLA, commit himself to capital markets business development and research, and strengthen the tie between Dacheng and ACLA.
