Futian District of Shenzhen Appoints Dacheng Attorney to Advisory and Review Committee for Reform

On April 29, the government of Futian District, Shenzhen called a meeting of members of a newly established advisory and review committee in support of reform.

The group of 54 comprises local think tank council members, party representatives from both the district and the municipal levels, people’s congress members and people’s political consultative conference members. The district government has identified 23 key areas in need of reform, including the shift of government roles, social governance, people’s livelihood, industrial development, etc. Issues would be reviewed collectively first and then categorized and assigned to each specialized advisory team of two.

Dacheng senior partner Zhang Xiang was appointed to advise on the reform of administrative approval.
