Liaoning WellhopeAgri-Tech Co., Ltd. Advised by Dacheng Receives CSRC Approval for IPO

On May 21, China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) granted Liaoning WellhopeAgri-Tech Co., Ltd. approval for a planned IPO. The decision was made at CSRC Issuance Examination Committee’s 68th conference of 2014.

Dacheng acted as legal advisor for the issuer. The team comprised senior partners Yuan Huazhi, GaoMeili, Xu Huijie and partner Li Jieyu.

Though the project involved a large number of branches and subsidiaries, it was nonetheless successfullyundertakenwith the assistance of Dacheng’s Global Legal Service Network,from which nearly twenty attorneys in and outside the Beijing head office were mobilized.
