Dacheng Attorney Appointed Legal Counsel of China Financial Futures Exchange

In late 2013,an open recruitment was initiated by China Financial Futures Exchange Co., Ltd. to seek an outside legal counsel. On January 1, 2014, the Exchange announced that Mr. Qu Feng from Dacheng’s Shanghai office was to be retained.

The China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) is a futures exchange established in Shanghai in September 08, 2006, with the approval of the State Council and the authorization of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). It specializes in the trading, clearing and settlement of financial derivatives, such as futures and options. On April 16, 2010, the launching of CSI 300 index futures on CFFEX marked a kick-off of China’s financial futures market. On September 6 2013, with the introduction of government bond futures, CFFEX realized the high standards set when it commenced and laid a solid foundation for sound and sustained growth.
