Dacheng Attorney Appointed to Working Team on the Standardization of Financial Leasing Contracts

On March 13, a seminar on the topic of financial leasing contract standards was held by Shanghai Leasing Trade Association at Shanghai Arbitration Court for International Shipping. At the seminar, a working teamon the standardization offinancial leasing contracts was set up, which included senior partner Qu Feng from Dacheng’s Shanghai office.

The seminar was attended by PresidentGaoChuanyi of Shanghai Leasing Trade Association, lawyers and experts in the field of financial leasing and staff from the arbitration court. The seminar aimed to solicit suggestions and advice on the standardization offinancial leasing contractsand lay down steps for making the standardized contracts.A working team was thus set up to advise on relevant matters. Qu’s suggestions on the making of standardized contracts received unanimous recognition from participants of the seminar.
