Dacheng Attorney Acquires Certificate of Foreign Admitted Lawyer from Mongolian Ministry for Justice

On April 4 2014, Dacheng senior partner Lu HaDa was granted the certificate of foreign admitted lawyer from the Ministry for Justice of Mongolia. Lu thus becomes the first foreign lawyer with such a certificate since foreign lawyers in Mongolia were required for registration.

Lu is head and equity partner of Dacheng LLP, a Mongolia-based branch office of Dacheng. The acquisition of the certificate would have a significant bearing on legal service market expansion in Mongolia and the growth of Dacheng’s Global Legal Services Network.
