On June 24, 2014, Anhui Hubin Architecture Company successfully filed its planned issuance of SME private placement bonds for 2014 with Shanghai Stock Exchange.
According to a confirmation letter issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange, RMB150mln worth of SME private placement bonds was filed, which would be underwritten by Northeast Securities.
Jinan-based attorneys Wang Botao, Zhang Qun and Guo Yongqiang acted as legal counsel for the issuer.
