On June 23-29, Peng Xuefeng, chairman of Dacheng, travelled to Portugal, Finland and Sweden upon the invitation of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council to introduce to local overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese the investment environment in China and relevant legal issues.
As a PRC law expert, Peng had been to Spain, Portugal and Romania last December on the same mission. His lectures were warmly received by local overseas and ethnic Chinese. For this reason, his second Europe tour was scheduled by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
Peng’s lectures focused on the opening-up policies of China, the development of rule of law and the blueprint of China’s economy, which greatly boosted confidence of business people of Chinese origin in investing in China.
