On July 22, 2014, Jiangxi HDJ Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HDJ”) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Nanchang-based team led by attorney Wang Fuchun advised HDJ on the listing. The team is the first local team from Jiangxi that has ever served Jiangxi-based enterprises on NEEQ listing.
HDJ is the sixth NEEQ-listed enterprise from Jiangxi. The first five were all advised by attorneys from either Beijing or Shanghai .
