Dacheng Acts as Standing Legal Counsel for Air China Construction and Development Platform

In July 2014, senior partners Qiao Lu and Xie Xiaojing were retained as standing legal counsel of China National Aviation Holding Construction and Development Company Limited—the construction and development platform of China National Aviation Holding (a.k.a, “Air China” ). The two would advise on all construction projects to be undertaken by the platform and its affiliates. 

Qiao and Xie had acted as legal counsel for several Air China projects, including the construction of Air China Plaza, the Air China headquarters building, Xidan Civil Aviation Building and guest rooms at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. Qiao was once invited to give training sessions on the subject of law to Air China staff. The team’s expertise was acknowledged by Air China and its affiliates.
