On August 22, 2014, Ningbo Zhongyi Petro Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.(stock code: 831024, “ZYPCT”) was successfully listed on the National Equities and Exchange Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Ningbo-based team led by corporate head Jiang Yinglei advised ZYPCT on the listing.
This is the first NEEQ project handled by attorneys from Ningbo as well as from Dacheng’s Ningbo office following the expansion of the NEEQ system.
ZYPCT is a light crude oil and fuel gas sulfur emission solution provider and proprietary equipment provider for fossil fuel industry corporations conducting research and development, with a special focus on fiber liquid film mass transfer and industrial desulfurization. It also engages in R&D, manufacture, sales and technical consultation services.
