In September 2014, Shandong Luxin-Rio Visual Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Luxin Rio Visual Technology”), advised by Beijing-based senior partner Shi Wanlin, France-based associate Li Shiyu and Jinan-based senior partner Wang Lin, completed a partial acquisition of Volfoni, a world-leading creative 3D technology developer and producer from France.
Luxin-Rio Visual Technology specializes in the development, manufacture and sale of 3D products. The merger in question will hopefully raise the profile and enhance market development capability of Luxin-Rio Visual Technology and create a world-leading, integrated 3D product supplier.
