A Jinan-based team composed of senior partner Wang Lin, Wang Aiwu and paralegal Yu Jiaying was retained by Shandong International Trust Corporation (“SITC”) to advise it on the introduction of strategic investor and registered capital increase. To date, these two projects have been accomplished with approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”).
Shandong International Trust Corporation is a well-established trust company in China and a non-bank financial institution authorized by People’s Bank of China and the People’s Government of Shandong. The successful introduction of CNPC Assets Management Co., Ltd., the strategic investor, would lay a solid foundation for SITC’s further growth.
