On December 30, 2014, Jiangyin Suda Huicheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Suda Huicheng”, stock code: 831580) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system.
A Wuxi-based team led by partners Liao Wei and Yang Yan advised the company on the listing.
Suda Huicheng is located in Yangtze River Biomedicine Industrial Park, Jiangyin Economic Development Zone of Wuxi, Jiangsu province. It is engaged in R&D and sale of medical apparatus and instruments and the manufacture of IV bottle stick and long-acting antibacterial paste (film).
