Case Represented by Dacheng Recognized as One of Top 10 Administrative Omission Cases Tried in People’s Courts

On January 15, the Supreme People’s Court released the top 10 administrative omission cases tried in people’s courts in 2014. In one of the cases, Shenzhen-based senior partner Zhu Lanchun represented a Mr. Peng in an administrative omission lawsuit against Land Planning Supervision Team of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. 

The ten cases are all of exemplary and instructive importance. They would propel administrative agencies to fulfil their statutory duties duly and abide by the law and make corrections to any omissions.
