On March 18, 2015, Henan Minzheng Farming and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (“Minzheng Farming and Husbandry”, stock code: 832215) was launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Dacheng team composed of Beijing-based partner Lin Feng, Zhengzhou-based partner Li Guowang and associate Liu Chunhai advised Minzheng Farming and Husbandry on the listing.
Founded in August, 2007, Minzheng Farming and Husbandry is a large, modern farming enterprise primarily engaged in the breeding and rearing of boars, sows, piglets and hogs. The breeding base is located in Huima Village, Lianzhuang Town, Yiyang Country of Henan, a place endowed with favorable natural conditions and equipped with standard hog houses. The company has set up a thorough quality management system. Aided by such a system, the size of litters, piglets’ survival ratio and boars and sows’ resistance to diseases are all higher than industry average.
