On April 28, 2015, Wuxi Press Enka Innovative Design & Print Co., Ltd. (stock code: 832417) was given approval to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. The company would be launched in the NEEQ system in early May.
Guolian Securities acts as lead underwriter for the securities, Ruihua Certified Public Accountants LLP acts as auditor and Dacheng provides legal service for the listing. The Dacheng team includes senior partner Yu Xugang, partner Chen Yang and associate Kang Ping.
