Dacheng Assists Chengdu Road & Bridge in Winning the Bid of RMB 181 Mln PPP Project

On July 30, Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Road & Bridge) won the bidding for a PPP Project of Riverside Phase IV Landscape and Road of Nanxi District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, with the bidding amount of RMB 181 mln. Shanghai-based senior partner Mr. Zhou Tianlin and his team including partner He Wei, attorneys Shi Feng and Ren Yue, advised Chengdu Road & Bridge on the bidding, primarily inclusive of services such as designing project plans, drafting, reviewing and revising legal documents. Chengdu Road & Bridge won the bidding of the project in the end with Dacheng’s assistance.

The PPP Project of Riverside Phase IV Landscape and Road of Nanxi District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province primarily comprises construction, renovation and follow-up maintenance and management of landscape and road works of Riverside Phase IV as well as urban branch road works around Jinliangzao Avenue. The project construction mode is: a company for the project will be co-contributed and established by Bureau of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Nanxi District, Yibin City as the implementation body and Chengdu Road & Bridge as the private partner. Chengdu Road & Bridge acts as the holding shareholder of the project company and the company takes responsibility for relevant matters of the project such as construction, financing, operation and management. Dacheng will also provide with follow-up legal services during the implementation of the PPP project.
