Dentons China Named as One of the “Top 100 Independent Commercial Service Brands of 2017 in Beijing”

At the “New Era Beijing Commercial Service Industry Internationalization and Branding Development Summit Forum” yesterday, sponsored by Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, 9 industry bodies, including Beijing Brand Association and Beijing Lawyers’ Association, jointly revealed the list of Top 100 Independent Commercial Service Brands of 2017 in Beijing.  Dentons China and 15 other law firms headquartered in Beijing received the honour.

The list, compiled and published for the first time, aims to further promote and nurture independent commercial service brands in Beijing. Companies eligible for selection are mostly those which can bolster Beijing’s identity as the “four centres” of China. Those short-listed are all outstanding brands with international or domestic repute.

It is reported that the legal service industry in Beijing has grown from strength to strength in recent years. Law firms above the national designated size over the past 5 years have done well. Revenue went up from RMB 7.59 billion in 2013 to RMB 8.45 billion in 2017, with an average growth rate of 11.3%.
