Dentons has advised CPI Property Group (CPI), the largest commercial property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and CEE region, on the purchase of the Moniuszki 1A office building in Warsaw from the Canadian investment fund - Catalyst Capital.
This is CPI’s seventh acquisition in recent six months. In October 2019 the company announced its new investment strategy, providing for greater engagement in the office market in Warsaw and commercial real estate investments of €800 million in total. As part of this newly launched strategy, CPI already acquired the modern Equator I, II, IV, Eurocentrum, WFC and Green Corner A office buildings, with all the transactions having been successfully completed with support from Dentons lawyers.
Moniuszki 1A office building, also known as Moniuszki Tower is located in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, between Nowy Świat and Marszałkowska Avenue. The building was created in 2002. The total office space of this nineteen-storey building is 10,000 sq. m.
