Dentons advised Skanska on a portfolio transaction in Kraków

Dentons advised Skanska on execution of the final sale agreement of two buildings of the High5ive complex in Kraków. Both facilities, comprising stage II of Skanska’s investment, were acquired by the fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate.

The High5ive investment project will ultimately consist of five modern office buildings with a total surface area of 70,000 sq. m. It is the second sale transaction of the facilities comprising the complex that Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw advised on. The sale of the first two High5ive office buildings was closed in July 2018. The complex is developed next to the Central Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska shopping mall and the historic central district of Kraków.

Piotr Szafarz, Head of the Real Estate team in Poland, and senior associate Hanna Żarska led the transaction with the support of associate Adrianna Kończak.
