Munich—Global law firm Dentons has advised Accursia Capital on the acquisition of selected European companies of the Optimas Group. The acquisition comprises four entities based in Italy, Germany, Belgium and Bulgaria.
The acquired companies will operate under the new "Stronghold" brand. As a strategic partner and expert in supply chain optimization, Stronghold will offer comprehensive C-parts supply solutions for industrial companies. It will be one of the 10 largest full-service suppliers of fasteners in Europe. The Stronghold Group will benefit from a high level of industry expertise and comprehensive resources for value-added solutions.
Accursia Capital is a Munich-based investment company with a focus on medium-sized industrial companies. Its strategy lies on succession planning, restructuring and turnaround cases and complex carve-out projects.
