Dentons Rodyk lawyers appointed to serve as assessors pursuant to temporary COVID-19 legislation

The Singapore government has passed emergency legislation to aid sectors most affected by COVID-19 (construction, tourism, events etc.). The relief is primarily by way of a statutory moratorium against enforcement actions. As part of the emergency legislation, affected parties can bring their case before an assessor to decide whether they are entitled to the statutory relief.
