Henry Chang quoted in multiple media about the new US visa ban

Following his recent Insight article on President Trump’s Presidential Proclamation suspending the entry of certain non-immigrants, Dentons’ partner Henry Chang was quoted in multiple media about the new proclamation and its implications.

“We (…) believed that the presidential proclamation did not apply to (Canadians). Unfortunately, in the absence of clear guidance on this issue, the position taken by United States Customs and Border Protection varied from port to port,” said Henry Chang in an article from The Globe and Mail published on June 24, 2020.
