Renewal of Dacheng' Contract with Sunshine Insurance Group and Key Subsidiaries as Long-term Legal Counsels

A few days ago, after the expiration of the annual legal counsel contracts between Sunshine Insurance Group and its controlling subsidiaries, Sunshine Property Insurance Company Limited, Sunshine Life Insurance Company Limited, Sunshine Credit Guarantee Insurance Company Limited, Sunshine Asset Management Company Limited and Dacheng, the Group and its four subsidiaries respectively renewed the Long-term Legal Services Cooperation Agreement with Dacheng for 2022, and continue to engage Dacheng Law Offices to provide long-term legal counsel services to Sunshine Insurance Group and its four subsidiaries. According to the provisions of the contract, Mr. Liu Xinde, the senior partner of Dacheng Beijing Head Office, also serves as the chief legal counsel to Sunshine Insurance Group and its legal representative. The team, consisting of partners Liu Yong, Ye Hongpo, Xu Jiechi, and attorneys Liao Meiling, Shi Chunjiao and Han Xue, continues to provide a full range of legal services to Sunshine Insurance.
