Dacheng have signed a long-term legal counsel of Cyberspace Securities Co., Ltd.

Recently, the Dacheng Law Offices have signed a long-term legal counsel contract with Cyberspace Securities Co., Ltd. ("Cyberspace Securities"). Mr. Han Guang, a senior partner of Dentons Beijing Head Office, acts as the project manager, and the team includes Zou Xiaodong, Wang Ruoxuan and other lawyers.

Cyberspace Securities entered into bankruptcy reorganization procedures in July 2021 by the Intermediate Court of Shenyang due to major business risks caused by its bond trading business. As entrusted by Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. (300803 .SZ, "Compass"), the project team participated in the legal services throughout the whole process of bankruptcy reorganization of Cyberspace Securities from the perspective of investors, including before, during and after the investment. Together with regulators, courts, administrators, parties involved in the bankruptcy reorganization and other intermediaries, the project team assisted in the reorganization of Cyberspace Securities and resolved risks in the financial system, creating a successful case of the market-oriented reorganization of a financial institution.

The successful signing of the annual legal counsel contract shows Cyberspace Securities's high recognition of the expertise and service ability of Dacheng and the project team.
