Dacheng, as One of the Main Drafting Entities, Participates in the Official Issuance of the National Standard Compliance Management Systems—Evaluation of Effectiveness

On April 30, 2026, the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standardization Administration) officially approved and released the national standard GB/T 47432-2026 Compliance Management Systems—Evaluation of Effectiveness.

 

Modified based on ISO 37302:2025 Compliance Management Systems—Guidance for the Evaluation of Effectiveness, this national standard is formulated on the basis of ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management Systems—Requirements with Guidance for Use. It puts forward unified principles and methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of compliance management systems for the first time in China, and establishes a complete evaluation indicator framework and detailed assessment rules covering evaluation criteria, data collection, assessment procedures, result analysis and report preparation.

 

The release and implementation of this standard fills the domestic gap in relevant regulatory fields. It integrates international standards with the practical experience of Chinese enterprises, providing a clear basis for all types of organizations to assess the operation of compliance systems, identify deficiencies and optimize management mechanisms. It helps enterprises prevent compliance risks, enhance core competitiveness and create greater commercial value.

 

The standard is of great significance for promoting the standardized and refined development of compliance evaluation in China. It also showcases China’s practical achievements in the field of compliance management, and contributes valuable experience to the improvement of global compliance governance systems.
