Lawyer Yang graduated from the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law and currently serves as a partner and head of insurance legal business at Beijing Dacheng(Guangzhou) Law Firm, as well as the Secretary of the Third Branch of the Communist Party of China  Beijing Dacheng(Guangzhou) Law Firm. At the same time, he serves as the People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province, the Legal Information Officer of Guangdong Province, a member of the Insurance Legal Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, a member of the Business Research and Training Working Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, a member of the Insurance Legal Business Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, a People's Mediator of the Tianhe District Court in Guangzhou, and a Mediator of the Insurance Consumer Protection Center of Guangdong Zhenghe Bank.
