Li Lvshi has acted as Chinese counsel for issuers and investment banks in dozens of H-share and red-chip listings for state-owned and private enterprises. He has also participated in U.S. IPO projects for technology companies and, in 2022, played a key role in the first batch of Chinese companies issuing Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
