Chiry YU is a partner at Dacheng Shanghai Office, a researcher at the China-ASEAN Legal Research Center, and a part-time lecturer at Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
Chiry YU has been based in Southeast Asia for many years, primarily responsible for handling investment legal affairs in countries such as Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Romania.
He specializes in major foreign-related dispute resolution, cross-border investment, and trade. His services mainly include providing comprehensive solutions for foreign-related disputes, handling foreign-related tax issues, conducting project compliance investigations, assisting with applications for investment incentives, facilitating administrative approvals in the destination country, and offering legal document drafting and negotiation support for Chinese enterprises investing overseas. Clients served by him include but are not limited to: China Railway Urban Construction, China Railway Construction, China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, China Construction Fourth Engineering Division, China Water Resources and Hydropower, CIT Capital, Zhejiang Communications Construction, Zhejiang Dacheng Construction, Sinoma International, Shanghai Industrial Investment, Hefei Huatai Group, Joy Air, Yunnan City Investment, E-House Group, Chambroad Agrochemical, Sanwei Tiandi, Jidian International Trade, Everich, JD-Link, Newnt, Sumin Investment, and Suzhou Lianxun.
