Introduction

Mr. Cui Chuanzhong has studied the legal systems of both China and the United Kingdom, and is familiar with the legal knowledge of both the civil law system and the common law system.

 

For the past decade, Mr. Cui has been dedicated to providing legal services for foreign-invested enterprises, assisting them in understanding Chinese laws and providing legal services for their investments, operations, procurement, and product sales in China. At the same time, Mr. Cui  has also focused on providing legal services for domestic enterprises in international matters, participating in international business and legal negotiations, reviewing English legal documents, conducting due diligence on overseas clients, formulating legal risk prevention measures for international trade, and recovering debts from overseas clients.

 

In September to December 2013, Mr. Cui participated in the "Shandong Province High-end Legal Talent Training for Coping with International Trade Frictions," jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Department of Justice, Department of Commerce, Department of Finance, Foreign Experts Bureau, and Shandong Lawyers Association. During this period, Mr.Cui studied topics such as anti-dumping, countervailing measures, "337" investigations, foreign investment in the United States, international debt recovery, and international arbitration at the International Law Institute in Washington, D.C., United States. He also visited government agencies in the United States, including the Department of State, Department of Commerce, Office of the United States Trade Representative, U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Supreme Court, as well as renowned law firms like Akin Gump, Hogan Lovells, Sidley Austin, and international organizations like the World Bank. In November and December 2013, Mr. Cui  interned at the top international law firm Akin Gump, where he delivered a keynote speech on the practice of Chinese law.

 

Mr. Cui serves as a legal advisor and provides legal services for several domestic and international enterprises and associations, including New Zealand Fisher & Paykel Appliances Group, Haier Group Electrical Industry Co., Ltd., Qingdao Aucma Import and Export Co., LTD., Aucma Electrical (Mexico) Co., LTD, Swedish Ritetech Household Appliances Co., Ltd., New Zealand Feike Teng Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., Australian CertMark International Ltd., Qingdao Jingu Leopard Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., China SME Association High-tech Industry Branch, and Shandong Shippers Association.

 

Before joining Dacheng Law Firm, Mr. Cui served as a senior legal advisor and compliance ambassador for a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, in China for four consecutive years. During this time, Mr. Cui accumulated rich experience and made outstanding contributions in the following areas: contract review and negotiation, ethics and compliance, contract management and claims management, legal risk prevention for product quality, overseas patent conflict search and patent planning, domestic and foreign accounts receivable recovery, corporate legal risk control, protection of corporate intellectual property rights and combating unfair competition, commercial litigation and labor dispute arbitration, and legal and business awareness training.
