Mr. Chen has almost 20 years of experience in foreign-related legal practice. Being familiar with legal issues in various fields and with rich experience, Mr. Chen is adapt at providing creative solutions for his clients. Over the years, Mr. Chen has been providing high quality legal services for domestic and foreign clients in both Chinese and English.
Mr. Chen has handled a number of M&A cases and has served as legal counsel for various distinguished multinational corporations, investment funds, foreign-invested enterprises and domestic companies such as Carlyle, KKR, CLSA, Kailong, GLP, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Ping An Group, United Overseas Bank Singapore, ARA Investment Fund and etc.
Further, Mr. Chen regularly advises leading international law firms such as Allen & Overy LLP, Paul Hastings, Morrison & Foerster LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, DLA Piper, White & Case LLP, Baker & Mckenzie etc. in relation to various PRC legal matters.
