Mr. Fanghua Chen is a senior partner of Beijing Dacheng (Nanjing) Law Firm, attorney at law, doctor of international economic law. As an attorney, Mr. Chen has represented or guided his team attorneys to represent more than 100 cases. Mr. Chen also participated in the research of the Supreme People's Court and the research the Ministry of Education and has Published more than 10 essays. Mr. Chen was a scholar visiting France whose  working language includes Chinese, English, and French.
