Ms. Gao focuses on  mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and commercial dispute resolution. She has over ten years experience of practice and has served as legal advisor for a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, WFOEs, and JV enterprises. She provided legal services in domestic and cross-border investment (including ODI and FDI), mergers and acquisitions, IPO, overseas bond issuance projects and international commercial trade dispute resolutions. She graduated from Shandong University Law School in China (LLB) and Durham University Law School in UK (LLM), and has a MBA degree in Missouri State University in the U.S.. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an arbitrator in Jinan Arbitration Commission. Ms. Gao's working languages are Chinese and English.
