Attorney Cui is currently an equity partner in the Shanghai office. He has obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Economics degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is a director of the Corporate Professional Committee at Dacheng Law Firm and co-leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions Restructuring Professional Group in the Shanghai office. His areas of expertise include commercial dispute resolution, private equity funds and other asset management services, corporate compliance, data compliance, mergers and acquisitions among enterprises, and risk management of financial innovation products.
