Represented a leasing company in a dispute over a sales and purchase contract with a manufacturing company. After losing the first trial, the second trial agency idea obtained the approval of Fujian High Court which forced the other party to withdraw the lawsuit.

Represented a natural person in its dispute over a share capital increase agreement involving a Canadian company with a subject matter of approximately RMB 100 million, which was arbitrated by CIETAC and eventually withdrawn by the other party.

Represented a well-known advertising company in a series of disputes with its clients and agencies, with a total case value of over RMB 300 million, achieving great success.

Represented a mining company in a dispute over its cooperation framework agreement and cooperation agreement with a Hong Kong investment company limited, involving an equity dispute over a Lao mining company, with a subject matter of RMB 67 million.

Represented a German auto parts company in a dispute with a machinery company over a development and supply agreement with a subject matter of approximately RMB 20 million. The case was complex and was arbitrated by CIETAC. The arbitrator in the case ultimately ruled against most of the other party's arbitration claims.
